Oxford Swans Sessions and Coronavirus (Covid-19)
Our weekly swimming sessions at both the Leys and Ferry pools are not currently running, until further notice.
We realise that this will cause disappointment and sadness to many club members, swimmers and helpers alike.
Your membership of the club will not be affected by the cancellation of our club sessions.
We will of course keep the situation under review and, when the situation changes, we will contact everyone again. To be clear, we are not closing the club permanently but rather, postponing club sessions until we can resume sessions. We will recommence our sessions just as soon as we can.
If you are worried about Coronavirus, please seek the latest official guidance from the NHS website.
Oxford Swans is a swimming club for disabled people of all ages. We are a friendly and supportive club. We do a lot of one-to-one work and group activity in the water.
At present, owing to a shortage of volunteer helpers, Oxford Swans cannot take any new swimmers, and so we now have a waiting list. Please contact us to be added to the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as you can start attending sessions.
